Shipping Policy

All products are made to order in Florida.

Processing Time

  • Typical lead time: 7-14 business days
  • Lead times may increase during high-demand periods

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by carrier and location and begin after production is complete.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Refund & Return Policy (Custom Orders)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Custom holsters (IWB or OWB)
  • Products with custom engraving
  • Products using customer-uploaded logos or artwork

Exceptions

We will repair or replace an item only if:

  • The product arrives defective, or
  • There is an error on our part during manufacturing (wrong model, configuration, or engraving)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect firearm selection by customer
  • Fit issues due to aftermarket accessories not disclosed
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
