Return & Refund Policy (Custom Orders)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Custom holsters (IWB or OWB)
  • Products with custom engraving
  • Products using customer-uploaded logos or artwork

Exceptions

We will repair or replace an item for 30 days, only if:

  • The product arrives defective, or
  • All items are hand made. Exchanges can be made if there is a manufacturing defect or a swap out for warranty coverage. Returns and Refunds are not permitted unless the mistake is in the manufacturing process. (clip change, color change, missed note etc. Or wrong items sent. Refunds -20% applies after item is received.
  • Customer provides return shipping.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect firearm selection by customer
  • Fit issues due to aftermarket accessories not disclosed
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
